Maddy Underwood

CLIENT MANAGER

Maddy joins TEN Capital as a Client Manager. She began her career as a high school math teacher at a private boarding school in Pebble Beach, CA. In 2020 when the Pandemic hit and students were sent home, she had time to find her true passion in financial planning and investing for her own family. Since then, she has worked on sharing her knowledge and resources with those around her to help others identify and achieve their financial goals.

Maddy graduated magna cum laude with distinction from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2018, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics while competing on the collegiate volleyball team.

In 2021, Maddy officially made the shift into her profession in finance while working for an investment firm in Spokane where she was a portfolio consultant. She worked with advisors and clients to understand their long-term goals and build a portfolio suited to their lifestyle and timeline. Maddy is excited to join the TEN Capital team where they not only value spending the necessary time to help build bespoke plans, but also provide ongoing support with educational and relational opportunities.

Born and raised in Spokane, Maddy’s love for this community brought her back to the area after college to plant roots and grow her family. Together, she and her husband, Anton, have a toddler named Svea. As a family, they spend as much time on the golf course as they can. They also enjoy playing volleyball, pickleball, kubb, going hiking, and many other outdoor activities.
