As a youth Ben was a part of the Inland Northwest Council Boy Scouts earning his Eagle Scout serving in multiple volunteer positions as the scouts believe in before joining the board as a board member serving on various committees and positions including VP of Membership, Sporting Clays committee and Nominating Committee.

Jon serves of the National Board for Advisors for the WSU’s Business School, Carson College. He serves on the Accounting Advisory board for his alum mater.
Stepping alongside Community Cancer’s fight is a privilege to TEN. Their continuous and tenacious efforts to supply resources to local cancer patients and families deserve recognition. Their rigor is geared towards funding research, providing preventive measures, unlocking treatment solutions, and collaboration with local programs.

Jon Heideman has served on the Friends of KSPS for 4 years. He primarily has been involved with the finance committee and a part of the Education team to build a stronger community.

Jon Heideman has served on the board of director since 2019. He currently serves as Vice-President and finance committee member. He will become board president effective May 2021.
Spokane Hoopfest Association throws one of the greatest events in our local community which attracts attention from avid basketball players and fans from around the United States. A harmonious collaboration of great basketball and positive community outreach allows The Hoopfest Association to evolve neighborhoods. Even during turbulent COVID times, we stayed in partnership with Hoopfest to pipeline for future “hoop dreams” for youth, young adults, and adults alike.
Spokane’s Youth for Christ program embodies the definition of servant leaders which makes their activism in impoverished communities impactful. Youth for Christ’s focus and dedication towards young individuals who live in Northside, West Central, Hillyard, and Downtown Spokane help to unleash at-risk kids’ purpose, potential, and zest for life.
Since 2007 Ben has been involved with the Spokane division of Youth for Christ (YFC). First leading a small group of kids in the West Central neighborhood to graduation and then joined the board for YFC serving as a board member and then the Finance Chair overseeing and managing budgets and working with the Executive Director.
