Rachael Bitz

Rachael is passionate about providing a positive experience for clients that reflects the quality of care that TEN Capital’s advisory team provides in their wealth management services. From a young age, Rachael has loved the ability to craft experiences where people walk away feeling valued and with memories that they will cherish. What started as decorating and celebrating friends opened doors for her to coordinate and decorate for campus events, weddings, engagements and now client experiences for TEN Capital.

Rachael graduated with her bachelor’s degree in biology with environmental studies focus from Whitworth University in 2016. Upon discovering that most of the careers in her field of study wouldn’t be fulfilling to her, she held off on going to graduate school and sought out work for the other skills she acquired. As it turns out, coordinating campus wide events was worth fitting into her schedule! She is grateful to have stepped into a role that she believes is the start to a rewarding career alongside the TEN Capital team.

Outside of office hours, Rachael is actively involved in her community and in the lives of her loved ones. She leads a young adult worship team that is a part of a ministry that aims to serve and connect young adults in the greater Spokane region. Her experience at various churches produced a desire to found a collaborative and creative space for musicians and vocalists to write new music. She has been coordinating a song writing group for a couple of years now with a few songs currently being produced. Rachael has a passion for being active and outside. On any given day you will find her playing volleyball, paddle boarding, hiking or snowshoeing.
